Wells Score কি?
Wells score estimates pulmonary embolism (PE) probability based on clinical findings. It helps guide diagnostic testing decisions.

- 1Assign points for clinical features: leg swelling, HR >100, respiration >20, hemoptysis, signs of DVT, etc.
- 2Calculate total score
- 3Score 0-1 (low), 2-6 (intermediate), or 7+ (high) PE probability
