A recipe converter scales ingredient quantities up or down when changing the number of servings. It also converts between measurement systems (cups to grams, tablespoons to ml) for international recipes.

Guida passo passo

  1. 1Enter the original recipe serving size and desired serving size
  2. 2Scale factor = Desired servings / Original servings
  3. 3Multiply each ingredient quantity by the scale factor
  4. 4Adjust cooking time (typically does not scale linearly — larger batches may need less extra time)
