Waist-to-Hip Ratio ಎಂದರೇನು?

Waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) compares the circumference of the waist to the hips. High WHR indicates central (abdominal/visceral) obesity, which is more strongly associated with cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome than peripheral fat.
