Kas ir Heart Rate Recovery?

Heart rate recovery (HRR) is the drop in HR in the first minute after stopping vigorous exercise. HRR < 12 bpm is abnormal and associated with increased cardiovascular mortality risk.

HRR (1 min recovery) = Max HR during exercise − HR at 1 min after stopping; Normal: 12+ bpm drop in 1 minute; < 12 bpm suggests poor fitness or cardiac risk
