A frequency-period converter relates the frequency of a repeating event (Hz) to its period (seconds): T = 1/f. A 60 Hz electrical system completes one cycle every 16.7 milliseconds. A pendulum with a 2-second period has a frequency of 0.5 Hz. Also converts to angular frequency (ω = 2πf).
