Chimney Height Calculator
A chimney height and flue size calculator ensures proper draft for fireplaces and wood stoves. The chimney must extend at least 2 feet above any structure within 10 feet. Flue area should be at least 1/8 of the fireplace opening; undersized flues cause smoke backdraft.
