A cycling speed calculator converts between speed, distance, and time for cycling. It also calculates average speed from GPS data and estimates power output from speed and gradient using aerodynamic drag models.

Przewodnik krok po kroku

  1. 1Average speed = Total distance / Total time
  2. 2Climbing speed is affected by gradient: each 1% gradient adds roughly 4–5 watts/kg of additional resistance
  3. 3Power required ≈ 0.5 × CdA × air density × speed³ + rolling resistance × weight × speed
