Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures customer loyalty with a single 0–10 question. Promoters (9–10) minus Detractors (0–6) gives a score from −100 to +100. Above 50 is considered excellent.

NPS = (Promoters% − Detractors%) | Score 9–10 = Promoter; 7–8 = Passive; 0–6 = Detractor
