Ano ang Body Roundness Index (BRI)?

Body Roundness Index (BRI) uses waist circumference and height to estimate body roundness. BRI = 364.2 − 365.5√(1 − (W/2π)²/(0.5H)²). Better predictor of visceral fat than BMI.
