Що таке Balloon Payment?
A balloon mortgage calculator shows the large lump-sum payment due at the end of a balloon loan term. A 7-year balloon mortgage makes regular amortized payments for 7 years, then requires the remaining balance (typically 85–90% of the original loan) in a single payment — usually paid by refinancing.
