如何计算Boiling Point Elevation

learn.whatIsHeading

Boiling point elevation is a colligative property: dissolving a solute raises the boiling point of the solvent. ΔTb = i × Kb × m. For water, Kb = 0.512 °C·kg/mol.

分步指南

  1. 1ΔTb = i × Kb × m
  2. 2Kb(water) = 0.512 °C·kg/mol
  3. 3Higher solute concentration and ionic dissociation → larger elevation

例题解析

输入
0.5 mol sucrose in 1 kg water · i=1 · Kb=0.512
结果
ΔTb = 0.256°C → boils at 100.256°C
1×0.512×0.5=0.256°C
