A paving calculator estimates the number of paving slabs, concrete blocks, or pavers needed for a driveway, patio, or path, plus the mortar, sub-base, and edging required.

- 2Divide by individual slab area to get slab count (add 10% for cuts)
- 3Sub-base: 150mm compacted MOT Type 1 for driveways, 75mm for patios
- 4Mortar: approximately 0.025 m³ per m² at 25mm thickness
