1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PrimeCalcPro at primecalcpro.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of service
PrimeCalcPro provides free online calculators and educational content covering mathematics, finance, science, health, and everyday calculations. The Service is provided "as is" and is accessible without registration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. Accuracy disclaimer
Important notice
PrimeCalcPro calculators are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or scientific advice.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our calculators, we cannot guarantee that results are free from errors or that they are suitable for your specific situation. Always verify important calculations independently and consult a qualified professional before making financial, medical, or legal decisions.
In particular, financial calculators (loan, mortgage, investment) use simplified models and may not reflect exact terms offered by financial institutions. Tax calculations are estimates only and do not constitute tax advice.
4. Permitted use
You may use PrimeCalcPro for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, provided that you do not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or its servers
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or mass-download content without permission
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service
- Reproduce or redistribute our content for commercial gain without written permission
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
5. Embedding and third-party use
We offer an embed feature that allows you to display PrimeCalcPro calculators on your own website or application via an iframe. Embedding is permitted for both personal and commercial websites provided that:
- The "Powered by PrimeCalcPro" attribution link remains visible and unmodified
- The embed is not used on websites that promote illegal content, hate speech, or adult content
- You do not attempt to frame the Service in a way that misrepresents its origin
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PrimeCalcPro and its licensors. Our educational content, calculator logic, and visual design are protected by copyright. You may link to our calculators and share our pages freely.
7. Advertising
PrimeCalcPro displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements shown on our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the display of advertising as part of the free service model.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeCalcPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
- Any errors or inaccuracies in calculator results
- Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).
9. EU consumer rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or Sweden, you benefit from mandatory protections under EU and Swedish consumer law that these Terms cannot override, including:
- The right to clear and transparent information about the service before use
- Protection against unfair contract terms under EU Directive 93/13/EEC
- Rights under the Swedish Consumer Services Act (Konsumenttjänstlagen)
- The right to use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights you have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
10. Links to other websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as Wikipedia, Khan Academy, Investopedia) for educational purposes. These links do not constitute endorsement of those sites. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply and cannot be overridden by these Terms.
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue — please contact us at contact@primecalcpro.com before initiating formal proceedings.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Swedish consumers may contact Konsumentverket (Swedish Consumer Agency) for guidance, or use the Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) for dispute resolution.
12. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Service.
13. Contact
