Moving Boxes Calculator

Rough rule: 1 box per 70 sq ft of living space. A 1,000 sq ft apartment = ~14 boxes. Account for furniture (doesn't fit in boxes).

Small (10x8x6"): books, heavy items. Medium (18x18x16"): most items. Large (24x18x18"): light items (pillows, towels).

Better to have extra boxes (can return). Too few = panic. Estimate by room type: kitchen (15–20), bedroom (10–15), living (10–12).
